Sec. 6-138 Nuisances Declared. 21
   A nuisance is determined to be whatever is injurious to health, comfort, safety or indecent, or offensive to the senses, or an obstruction to the free use of property, so as essentially to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property or the aesthetic well being of the community.
