Sec. 4-148 Towing and Removing Service Charges.

   a.   An authorized towing service may charge for towing or removing a vehicle under Chapter 8 of this Code as follows:

      Tow Fees:

      Day Time Tow Charge      $125.00

      Night Time Tow Charge*      $150.00

      Day Time Flat Bed Charge      $125.00

      Night Time Flat Bed Charge*      $150.00

      Day Time Winch and Tow Charge   $75.00 in addition to tow

      Day Time Winch Only      $75.00

      Storage Fees:

      Outside            $40.00

      Indoor               $35.00

      *Night time defines as 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

   b.   If two (2) or more trucks are used, the charge shall be based on two (2) call-outs.

      Day Time Winch Only   $70.00

      Night Time Winch Only   $85.00

      Disconnect Linkage (No Keys)   $20.00

   c.   The rates set forth above are the maximum allowed and applied to passenger cars and other vehicles up to one (1) ton. The cost of towing vehicles heavier than one (1) ton are to be changed at the discretion of the individual towing firm.
