a. An authorized towing service may charge for towing or removing a vehicle under Sec. 4-148 and Sec. 4-149 and of this Code shall be as follows:
Day Time Tow Charge $100.00
Night Time Tow Charge $110.00
Flat Bed Charge Owner's Discretion
Day Time Winch and Tow Charge Up to $50.00 (In Addition to Towing Fee)
Night Time Winch and Tow Charge $100.00

b. If two (2) or more trucks are used, the charge shall be based on two (2) call-outs.
Day Time Winch Only $70.00
Night Time Winch Only $85.00
Disconnect Linkage (No Keys) $20.00
c. The rates set forth above are the maximum allowed and applied to passenger cars and other vehicles up to one (1) ton. The cost of towing vehicles heavier than one (1) ton are to be changed at the discretion of the individual towing firm.
