Sec. 4-119 Billings by Clerk-Treasurer.
   a.   The Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Schererville shall bill and collect all charges made for service pursuant to this Division. Collection shall be enforced as needed in the name of the Town of Schererville by the town attorney.
   b.   The Ambulance Fund is addressed in Section 2-396 of this Code.
