a. The Town Council of the Town of Schererville directs the Clerk-Treasurer to create a separate fund for the ambulance service.
b. A levy of two cents (.02¢) per hundred dollar ($100.00) valuation be assessed on real property within the Town of Schererville which will generate sufficient revenue to fund the anticipated expenses of the ambulance service.
c. The Clerk-Treasurer advertised said levy along with that of the regular proposed budget according to law.
d. This levy and proposed assessment may be amended hereafter from time to time by the Town Council either by ordinance or by their annual budget ordinance.
