a. Any person obtaining a license for the sale of barter or exchange of goods wares or services to be sold from a stationary structure building, edifice, or place, must comply with all applicable zoning, health, building ordinances, regulations or statutes or other applicable laws prior to commencing business within the Town of Schererville.
b. The issuance of a license to carry on business under this Division does not absolve in licensee from the requirement as described in Section 4-94 'a'.
