Sec. 2-337 Applicability. 43

   This purchase order procedure pertains to and is applicable to all Town of Schererville Councilmen, managers, administrators, departments, department heads, employees, chiefs, superintendents, commissions, boards, councils, committees or any agency acting for and on behalf of the Town of Schererville; the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer, and its employees shall also be governed by this Division.
