8.04.020: ANIMAL SERVICES:
Animal services may be provided through a legally executed agreement, which includes the authority and power to enforce this title. Alternatively, the city may elect to provide its own animal services without entering into a contract with an outside provider. (Ord. 21-14, 2014)
