58-1-1: PURPOSE:
This chapter provides guidance regarding how permit applications considered under existing development ordinances and regulations, as well as how property owners whose permits are denied may appeal to the Mayor's Office. (2019 Compilation)
58-1-2: SCOPE:
   A.   Permit applications for development within Salt Lake City which substantially comply with existing development ordinances and regulations will generally be approved and issued under the existing development ordinances and regulations.
   B.   Permit approval in cases where a zoning change petition has been or may be filed is subject to the considerations of vested rights and moratoria specified in this chapter. (2019 Compilation)
