No building shall be placed within the limits of the village as of the date of the passage of this chapter without first securing a permit. An application form shall be obtained from the Village Clerk and shall include the following information:
(A) Description of the property;
(B) Lot size and square feet of the lot area;
(C) Foundation, slab or basement;
(D) Sanitary sewer connection;
(E) Pictures of the front and back of the structure or building;
(F) Date the structure or building shall be brought into the village; and
(G) Name of the owner of the real estate where the structure or building shall be placed.
