(A) All buildings or structures that will have sewage waste shall be connected to the village sanitary sewer system by a water and odor tight connection which is approved by the Chairman of the Health and Property Committee and the Village President.
(B) All building or structures that use water shall be connected to the village water system by a connection approved by the Health and Property Committee Chairman and the Village President.
(C) No water and sewer hookup shall be allowed without prior issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
