§ 151.04 SIZE OF SITE.

(A) No building or structure occupied for dwelling, sleeping, storage or business purpose shall be located upon a lot which shall be less than 4,000 square feet area, except in a mobile home park which shall comply with the provisions of the state statutes.

(B) No building or structure shall be located within 30 feet from the traveled portion of any public street.
