(A) Any owner, occupant, operator, or agent of a building or dwelling, who has received a notice of an alleged violation of §§ 151.20 through 151.27 shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $100 nor more than $750.
(B) Any owner, occupant, operator, or agent of a dwelling, dwelling unit, hotel or motel, who has received a notice of an alleged violation of §§ 151.40 through 151.49 shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $100 nor more than $750.
