The changes to the Code set forth in Bill No. 220414 (approved September 13, 2022) shall not apply to lots located within the /VDO, Fifth District Overlay, which lots shall be subject to the relevant provisions of the Zoning Code as they appeared at the time prior to adoption of that ordinance.
