§ 2-11 Definitions.
Whenever used in this subchapter:
   (a)   "Community District Cap" means "Community district retail dealer cap" as that term is defined in § 20-201 of the Administrative Code.
   (b)   "Tobacco Retail Dealer" means a "Retail Dealer" as that term is defined in § 20-201 of the Administrative Code.
