(A) (1) Prior to acceptance by the city, the applicant (contractor/developer) shall provide to the city three sets of accurate as-built plans. (Include physical ties to the main and valves.)
(2) One set of good quality as-built reproducible drawings shall also be furnished to the city.
(B) The as-built plans shall be attested as to accuracy by the developer/contractor and a registered professional engineer in the state.
