(A) After final acceptance, the connected water main and its appurtenances shall become the property of the city, and any service taps along the main or its extensions shall be made by the city and shall be subject to all applicable fees and requirements for such taps.
(B) A deed or bill of sale which dedicates ownership, free from all liens and encumbrances, shall be delivered to the city.
