§ 50.037 PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND EPA PERMIT APPLICATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   (1)   Prior to commencing with construction, the contractor/developer shall deliver three sets of plans and specifications to the Water Superintendent for review.
      (2)   The plans shall be sealed by an state registered professional engineer.
   (B)   (1)   When the plans and specifications are delivered to the city, the contractor/developer shall also deliver a complete permit application to be approved and signed by the city, and submitted to State EPA, Division of Public Water Supplies by the contractor/developer.
      (2)   At least one extra copy of the executed, final permit application shall be delivered to the city.
   (C)   Plans, specifications, and permit applications are required by State EPA, Division of Public Water Supplies.
