§ 50.041 MAINTENANCE COST DURING FIRST YEAR.
   The applicant (contractor/developer) shall agree to pay (at cost) for any required maintenance performed by or contracted by the city, during the first year of ownership of the main by the city. The city may require assurance of such maintenance in the form of a performance bond.
