CHARTER

   Ordinance 71-6, passed February 12, 1971, proclaimed the Village of Mentor-on-the-Lake to be the City of Mentor- on-the Lake and provided for the ratification and enforcement of all ordinance, resolutions, regulations and rules previously promulgated for the Village of Mentor-on- the Lake under the Constitution and laws of the State and this Charter.
