SECTION 11.06 FLAG OF THE UNITED STATES.

The people of this City do recognize the Flag of the United States of America as the symbol and emblem of our country, and we believe that such symbol is deserving of honor, respect and reverence, and we abhor, detest and condemn any act which denotes disrespect, irreverence, or which brings dishonor or ignominy to the Flag.
