SECTION 7.01 BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS.

The Council by ordinance may create, change and abolish offices, boards and commissions, other than those established by this Charter. The Council may assign additional duties to the boards and commissions established by this Charter, but may not discontinue or assign to any board or commission any function assigned by this Charter to a particular board or commission.
