Council shall conduct an annual organizational meeting on a date and time determined by Council. In the event the organizational meeting is not held prior to 6:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of January, then the organizational meeting shall be held at 6:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of January. At the organizational meeting, the Council shall meet in the Council Chamber for the purpose of organization. The Council shall adopt its own rules, regulations, and/or by-laws except as otherwise provided in this Charter.
