EXECUTIVE
(A) Pursuant to the powers granted the Mayor by KRS Chapter 67C, the existing functions, personnel, funds, equipment, facilities and records of the following departments, agencies, and divisions of the former City of Louisville and Jefferson County governments, are transferred to the Office of the Mayor: Office of the Mayor, including the Mayor's Contingency Fund; County Judge/Executive.
(B) The duties, responsibilities and authorities granted to the mayor of a city of the first class and a county judge/executive in a county containing a city of the first class in applicable provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, ordinances and resolutions in place pursuant to KRS 67C.115(1), regulations, policies and procedures adopted by either of the offices above shall be deemed transferred to the Office of the Mayor. Sections 30.01 and 30.02 of this Chapter 30 shall be liberally construed to give effect to the provisions of KRS 67C.101, which vests all executive and administrative power in the office of the Mayor.

The Mayor shall prepare as a part of the budget process an organizational chart showing the cabinets, agencies, departments and offices of the Metro Government and their organization and a concise statement of the functions and services to be provided by each cabinet and its agencies, departments and offices. The organizational chart shall show the relationship of each cabinet, agency, department and office and the lines of authority within the Metro Government. The Mayor shall advise the Council if there are changes to the organizational chart or the statement of functions and services to be provided by each cabinet and its agencies, departments and offices in subsequent budget presentations.
