§ 30.22 CABINET FOR NEIGHBORHOODS, PARKS AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS.
   (A)   There is hereby established the Cabinet for Neighborhoods, Parks, and Cultural Affairs.
   (B)   (1)   The existing functions, personnel, funds, including capital funds and agencies receipts, equipment, facilities and records of the following departments, agencies, and divisions of the former City of Louisville and Jefferson County governments, unless otherwise specified herein, are to be continued under the Cabinet for Neighborhoods, Parks, and Cultural Affairs:
   Metropolitan Parks and Recreation Department
   Louisville Zoological Gardens
   Louisville Science Center
   City of Louisville Department of Neighborhoods
   Louisville Free Public Library
   Office of International and Cultural Affairs
   Brightside
   City Call
   CountyCare
      (2)   In addition to the above, the following boards, agencies and commissions shall be included for administrative purposes within the Cabinet for Neighborhood, Parks and Cultural Affairs:
   Metro Parks Advisory Commission
   Otter Creek Commission
   Mary T. Meagher Aquatic Center
   Parkway Citizens Advisory Committee -
    Executive and one for each Parkway -
    Algonquin, Cherokee, Eastern Pkwy.,
    Northwestern, Southern, Southwestern
   Olmsted Parks Conservancy, Inc.
   Louisville and Jefferson County Convention and Visitors Bureau
   Library Advisory Commission
   Louisville Science Center, Inc.
   Zoo Foundation Board, Inc.
   Louisville Nature Center, Inc.
   Belle of Louisville Board
   Riverside, The Farnsley-Moreman Landing, Inc.
   Locust Grove
   (C)   The duties, responsibilities and authorities granted to the above designated departments and enumerated in applicable provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, ordinances and resolutions in place pursuant to KRS 67C.115(1), regulations, policies and procedures adopted by any of the above shall be deemed continued under the Cabinet for Neighborhoods, Parks, and Cultural Affairs unless otherwise provided herein.
