§ 30.44 REMOVAL FOR CAUSE.
   The Chief Audit Executive may be removed for cause by the Council, sitting as a court, under oath, upon charges preferred by the Mayor or by any four members of the Council. No Council member preferring a charge shall sit as a member of the Council when it tries that charge.
