§ 95.13 BURIAL CERTIFICATE REQUIRED.
   No interment will be permitted, nor body received, unless a burial certificate is furnished; giving the name and residence of the deceased, the name of the nearest relative and the time, place and cause of death and other information as the city may require; and after there has been compliance with all state laws relating thereto.

§ 95.14 RESTRICTION ON INTERMENTS.
   All interments in lots of the cemetery shall be restricted to the members of the family of the lot owner. Only one interment shall be made in any one grave; except that, a mother and infant or two children may be interred together.

§ 95.15 NOTICE PRIOR TO INTERMENT.
   Eight hours’ daylight notice shall be given the Superintendent prior to any interment in the cemetery.

§ 95.16 DISINTERMENTS.
   No disinterments shall be made, except by cemetery employees; and then only with the written consent of the City Manager, upon the written request of the lot owner, and there has been compliance with after all state laws relating thereto.

§ 95.17 RECORD OF INTERMENTS AND DISINTERMENTS.
   The Superintendent shall cause a complete record to be kept of all interments or disinterments in the cemetery.

§ 95.18 PERFORMANCE OF WORK GENERALLY.
   (A)   No work shall be done in the cemetery, except by cemetery employees, except by permission of the City Manager.
   (B)   No material shall be allowed to remain in the cemetery longer than is reasonably necessary for any construction work.
   (C)   No work shall be started on Saturday which cannot be completed on that day.
   (D)   No heavy vehicles will be allowed in the cemetery in wet weather.

§ 95.19 FUNERAL PROCESSIONS.
   Funeral processions, upon entering the cemetery, shall be under the control and subject to the directions of the Mayor or his or her representative.
