§ 95.05 PRICE OF LOTS AND FEES FOR SERVICES AS PRESCRIBED.
   (A)   Lots in the cemetery shall be sold at such prices as may be determined by the governing body from time to time.
   (B)   The service fees for opening and closing shall be as prescribed by resolution adopted from time to time by the governing body.
