§ 95.21 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF.

It shall be unlawful to tamper with, remove or otherwise damage any tree, shrub, flower or other ornament, or any monument, marker, corner-post or other fixture, or anything within or appurtenant to the cemetery without the express permission of the Superintendent.
