§ 95.10 BURIAL OF WAR VETERANS.
   Any veteran of the Spanish American War, World Wars I or II, Korean or Vietnam conflicts, who shall have been a resident of the city at the time of induction into the armed forces or who shall have been a resident at least ten years preceding the time of death regardless of place of induction into the armed forces; provided, however, that, the person shall have received an honorable discharge, shall upon death from any cause have the privilege of having the person’s last bodily remains laid at their final resting place in the memorial plot of the Mountain Rest Cemetery in recognition of the service which the person rendered to the country in its hour of need.
