§ 95.09 POTTER’S FIELD.
   (A)   Graves in potter’s field will be furnished in the locations as the governing body may designate at $3 per grave for children under ten years of age and at $5 per grave for all others, plus regular charges for digging graves, furnishing grave markers and the like; provided, however, that, poor and destitute persons will be buried in this field without charge when the governing body shall certify to the circumstances and approve the action as a proper obligation of the city.
   (B)   Title and control of graves furnished in potter’s field shall always remain with the city and the graves shall receive the same care as those in other parts of the cemetery.
