§ 95.11 TRANSFER OF INTEREST IN LOTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person who shall own any lot in the cemetery to transfer any interest whatsoever in the lot to any other person without having first obtained the express, written consent of the governing body. The consent of the governing body, if obtained, shall be in the form of an endorsement upon the transfer or assignment of interest.
