A. An on premises beer retailer license shall entitle the licensee to sell and serve beer for consumption on the premises. An on premises beer retailer licensee shall comply with all the operation restriction of the State of Utah.
B. No on premises beer retailer license shall be issued unless it satisfies the proximity requirements of Utah Code Annotated section 32B-1-202, as amended. (Ord. 2018-06, 5-17-2018)
An on premises banquet license allows the sale of liquor, wine, heavy beer and beer for contracted banquet activities in conjunction with a hotel, resort, sports facility, or convention center. An on premises banquet licensee shall comply with all the operational restrictions of the State of Utah. (Ord. 2018-06, 5-17-2018)
A. A reception center license shall entitle the licensee to sell an alcoholic product on the premises of a reception center of an event for consumption on the premises.

A. A beer only restaurant license shall entitle the licensee to sell beer for consumption only on the premises of a restaurant that is engaged primarily in serving food to the general public. A bar only restaurant shall comply with all operational restrictions of the Act which are applicable to the license.
