GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 100.01 ADOPTION OF STATE MANUALS.
   (A)   Part VIII of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices as adopted by the U. S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, effective April l, 1977, shall be incorporated herein as a part of this chapter and enforceable under the enforcement provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The Indiana Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways as adopted by the state’s Highway Commission shall be incorporated herein as a part of this chapter and enforceable under the enforcement provisions of this chapter.

§ 100.02 ELECTRICITY RATES.
   (A)   In the event that the city shall enter into any contract with any company for the maintenance of electric lights at any street crossings, all railroad companies shall have all of the rights and privileges as to rates with the company furnishing the city electric lights under the contract made for its public street lighting.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of any person furnishing any lights to the city to furnish electric lights at the crossings where lights or signals are to be maintained, at and for the same prices furnished by the city for street lighting.
