§ 100.27 CATTLE CARS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any railroad company owning and controlling any railroad running through the city or any person in their employ to permit cattle cars, which have been in recent use and are uncleaned, to stand on any siding or sidetrack within the city for a longer period of four hours.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person owning or controlling a railroad through the city or persons in their employ to remove the straw manure from a cattle car and to clean the cars within the city. This section shall not apply to the territory located east of Parrish Avenue and south of Fifteenth Avenue in the city.
