§ 100.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Where no specific penalty is provided, the violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000. Every day any violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate the provisions of §§ 100.21 or 100.26 shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not to exceed $500.

   (C)   For each violation of § 100.26, defined as each separate stopping or switching of trains, railroad cars or engines in violation hereof, a penalty consisting of a fine not exceeding $2,500 shall be assessed, thus any person, firm or corporation who shall violate the provisions of § 100.26 shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,500. However, no railroad conductor or engineer acting under the rules or orders of the railroad company or its supervisory personnel may be fined for thereby violating § 100.26.
