§ 36.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMPLIANCE TICKETS (“CT”). A ticket issued to a presumed offender alleging a violation of one of the following Village of Frankfort Code of Ordinances.
      (1)   Chapter 119, § 119.08 (B) Sale, Give, Delivery of Tobacco to Minors;
      (2)   Chapter 131 Offenses Pertaining to Property; § 131.02 Theft, § 131.16 Retail Theft, § 131.30 Criminal Damage Property, where the retail value of the goods or cost to repair is less than $300.00;
      (3)   The following Sections of Chapter 132 Offenses Against Public Order and Safety; § 132.01 Disorderly Conduct; § 132.05 Loud or Unnecessary Noises; §§ 132.20, 132.21, 132.23, Curfew for Minors; Chapter 136, Drug Offenses § 136.06 (less than 100 grams), § 136.07 Cannabis/Drug Paraphernalia, § 136.20 Look-Alike Drugs (less than 100 grams);
      (4)   Chapter 92, Animals; § 92.02 Cruelty to Animals; § 92.03 Disturbing the Peace, § 92.06 Running at Large, § 92.08 Animal Excrement, § 92.20 Nuisance;
      (5)   Chapter 113 Intoxicating Liquor: § 113.03 Possession of Alcohol in Public Places, § 113.04 Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on Private Property, § 113.58 Misrepresentation of Age, § 113.59 Possession/Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages (under 21), § 113.59 Purchase or Possession of Alcoholic Liquor, § 113.62 Possession or Consumption of Alcohol by a Gathering Including Minor at Residence, § 113.63 Parental Responsibility;
      (6)   Chapter 99 Fireworks, § 99.02 Prohibited Conduct;
      (7)   Chapter 115 Solicitors, Hawkers, and Peddlers, § 115.02 License Required, § 115.09 Hours of Operation, § 115.12 License and Identification Badges, § 115.10 Notice Regulating Soliciting, Peddling and Canvassing, § 115.14 No Soliciting on Public Way;
      (8)   Chapter 138 Smoking in Public Places, § 138.02 Smoking Prohibited.
