§ 113.03 POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   Except at events which have obtained a valid Class I liquor license or block party permit and which fully comply with all village ordinances, no person shall be in possession of an alcoholic beverage in or upon any public place within the corporate limits of the village, unless the alcoholic beverage is in its original container with the seal unbroken. For the purposes of this section, a public place shall include, but is not limited to, any public street, alley, parking area, sidewalk, easement or common area and any drive, parking area or common area serving a commercial establishment or multi-family residential structure. Wine that is resealed in accordance with the provisions of § 113.45 and not tampered with shall not be deemed in violation of this section.
