§ 92.06 RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (A)   An owner shall not permit any animal to run at large upon streets, sidewalk, alleys, parkway, or any unenclosed or other public places or private property excluding the property of the owner or as otherwise prohibited by law.
   (B)   An owner shall not allow an animal upon the private property of another without the prior permission of the property owner or lessee of the property.
   (C)   Dog packs. Any dog gathering in a dog pack is hereby declared to be a nuisance and shall be taken up and impounded, and may be redeemed or destroyed as provided by this chapter. Any owner of a dog whose dog shall be found to be in a dog pack shall be punished as provided herein.
