(A) It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 16 to sell tobacco products and/or alternative nicotine products, or for any licensee, or its agent, director, manager, employee, officer or representative, to permit any person under 16 years of age to sell tobacco products and/or alternative nicotine products in any licensed premises. All persons selling tobacco must successfully complete a certified training course in age verification.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, give, or deliver tobacco products and/or alternative nicotine products to any person under 21 years of age.
