§ 132.01 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (A)   Does any act in such unreasonable manner as to alarm or disturb another and to provoke a breach of the peace;
   (B)   With intent to annoy another, makes a telephone call, whether or not conversation thereby ensues;
   (C)   Transmits in any manner to the Village Police Department or Fire Protection District, a false alarm of fire, knowing at the time of such transmission that there is no reasonable ground for believing that such fire exists;
   (D)   Transmits in any manner to any person, a false alarm to the effect that a bomb or other explosive of any nature is concealed in such a place that its explosion would endanger human life, knowing at the time of each such transmission that there is no reasonable ground for believing that such bomb or explosive is concealed in such place;
   (E)   Transmits in any manner to any peace officer, public officer or public employee a report to the effect that an offense has been committed, knowing at the time of such transmission that there is no reasonable ground for believing that such an offense has been committed; or
   (F)   Enters upon the property of another and for a lewd or unlawful purpose or deliberately looks into a dwelling on the property through any window or other opening in it.
   (G)   Does or makes any unreasonable or offensive act, utterance, gesture or display which, under the circumstances, creates a clear and present danger of a breach of peace or imminent threat of violence; or
   (H)   Fails to obey a lawful order of dispersal by a person known to him to be a peace officer under circumstances where three or more persons are committing acts of disorderly conduct in the immediate vicinity, which acts are likely to cause substantial harm or serious inconvenience, annoyance or alarm; or
   (I)   Assembles with two or more persons for the purpose of using force or violence to disturb the public peace; or
   (J)   Goes upon any school property, public or private within the village at any time when other persons are present, for the purpose of making or doing any unreasonable or offensive act, utterance, gesture, or does or makes any unreasonable or offensive act, utterance, gesture or display, which disrupts or interferes with the educational classes or social and athletic activities then and there in progress;
   (K)   Transmits in any manner to any peace officer or public officer or public employee a report to the effect that an offense has been committed, knowing at the time of such transmission that there is no reasonable ground for believing that such an offense has been committed; or
   (L)   Fights by agreement or mutual consent with another person or person; strikes, fights, or commits an assault and battery upon the person of another, or aids, abets, assists or encourages any person to fight or to commit an assault and battery upon another.
