§ 92.03 DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   (A)   No owner shall allow an animal to disturb or disrupt the peace or tranquility of any person.
   (B)   No owner shall allow any dog to repetitively bark during a 20-minute period in any area where the dog’s bark would carry to other properties.
