§ 113.04 CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall open private property to the general public and, without obtaining a liquor license for said property from the village, permit the consumption, use, sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages upon said property. Any person consuming, using, selling or distributing alcoholic beverages upon unlicensed private property that has been opened to the general public shall be guilty of an offense.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to a block party which has obtained a valid permit therefor from the village and which fully complies with all village ordinances.
