Editor's note: The City enters into sanitary sewer agreements with the City of Akron, providing for the treatment of waste water in the service area of the City of Fairlawn. Copies of the latest relevant legislation and of such agreements may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
Ordinance 1994-148, passed October 17, 1994, accepted the 1994 edition of the Construction and Material Specifications for construction of all storm sewers and paving in the City. Copies of such Specifications are on file for reference purposes in the Administration offices.
Ordinance 2003-006, passed April 21, 2003, authorized a Sewer Maintenance Agreement with the County of Summit. Copies of such ordinance and agreement are on file in the Office of the Clerk of Council.
