(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(b) Whoever is found to have violated an order of the City or who has failed to comply with any provision of Sections 1040.12 through 1040.14 of this chapter or the regulations, or rules of the City, or orders of any court of competent jurisdiction or permits, issued hereunder, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
