1040.05 SEWAGE HOLDING TANKS PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall install a sewage holding tank within the limits of the City.

(b) The standards, regulations and procedures used by the County and its applicable departments and boards are hereby adopted and affirmed for the use of septic tanks and leach beds and shall henceforth be the only approved manner of disposition of sewage in those areas of the City which do not have a sanitary sewer.
