1040.11 CONSTRUCTION OF LATERALS AND CONNECTIONS TO SYSTEM; PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) All users of the City sanitary sewerage system shall obtain a permit from Summit County prior to constructing a lateral for or connecting to the sanitary sewerage system.

(b) All users shall pay any and all tap-in and overuse fees, unless excepted by Council action as provided in Section 1040.10, prior to obtaining a permit from Summit County.
