141.07 JAIL COMMISSARY.

The Chief is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to use any profits from the sale of various and sundry items, including candy and cigarettes, in the jail commissary, to set up a commissary account. Funds from the commissary account shall be used to provide recreational equipment and activities for jail prisoners.
