141.08 CONTRACTS FOR USE OF JAIL BY LAW ENFORCEMENT

The Chief of Police is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute contracts on an as-needed basis with other law enforcement agencies desiring to place prisoners in the new Euclid City Jail. Each contract shall be in such form as is approved by the Director of Law.
