CHAPTER 927
Sewer Regulations

927.01 Downspout and drain connections, open gutter and cesspool connections, storm water prohibited, nuisance conditions abated.

927.02 Open gutter and cesspool connections prohibited. (Repealed)

927.03 Waste materials prohibited; building sewers; tests; inspections; appeals.

927.04 Connections required.

927.05 Destruction or removal of sewer facilities.

927.06 Permit required; fee; compliance with and copies of specifications.

927.07 Information required prior to permit grant.

927.08 Two-hour notice prior to tapping; inspection.

927.09 Specifications and inspection for private sewers.

927.10 Tunneling without permission prohibited.

927.99 Penalty.
